It’s easy to customize your account by adding or removing features any time. Simply go to Setup and make modifications to the options selected on your account.
We minimize the amount of information that needs to be entered regarding your company and your employees. You are not required to enter any additional information apart from the basic setup questions answered during enrollment. Credit card data is never stored in the system, rather immediately sent to our payment processor via the secure interface when payment is made. Employees only have to enter their job title and name, the other information fields are only optional.
Yes. The pay rate assigned to an employee is not set in stone. Make changes as needed whether it’s a raise or a specific job worked for one shift, one week, or as long as needed.
Practically all payroll systems will work with Timesheet Boss. In your account under types of export files, you should find your preferred payroll service. If it is not there or you need assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Yes. You can set up your account to only allow clock punches from designated IP addresses so that employees do not punch in from unauthorized locations. For every clock punch, the computer’s IP address is recorded in the system in case you ever want to view where employees are clocking in and out.
Yes. To do this, simply install the program via AppExchange. Then you will be able to use Timesheet Boss via a tab in your Salesforce account.
Our system allows users to create reports applicable to their needs and export them in the format desired. It’s easy to create a report that displays only the information you need when you filter by employee, time period, projects, etc. Print your report at any time or export the fileto the system you utilize.
With Timesheet Boss, you never pay for the months that you do not require the service. Let’s say you operate a lawn mowing service seasonally, you will only be charged for the time period in which your employees worked. As soon as the season is over, your account can be placed on hold. When the next season rolls around, you will reactivate your account and all your information is saved in the system and you will be ready use the service right where you left off.
